You should get rid of the BOV then your turbo might do the sexy flutter. As of now, I approve of the whooshing.

Although turbo flutter is sexy... It is harder on the turbo. So do it, but don't do it

My car has the flutter, but it's not coming from the turbo. It's from the diverter valve.
Does the Sonic have a DV or BOV stock? If it's a DV, he won't be able to run a BOV as his car has a MAF, which gets confused if the boost is not getting recirculated from a DV. You have to run MAF-less if you want to run a BOV.

I just assumed it has a BOV. I am not sure what it has to be honest.
